121 Security provide security system service and CCTV maintenance contracts for all types of clients. Please complete our security risk assessment form on the contact page and we will get in touch with you to arrange a site visit at a convenient time, after which we can provide you with a comprehensive and competitive quotation.

24 Hour Callout Service

We are able to provide a 24 hour callout service for our customers, subject to the agreement of an annual maintenance contract. Emergency callouts can also be arranged for new customers, but these are subject to a callout charge. Please contact us for further details.

Repairs to Non-Maintained Systems

If you don’t have an existing maintenance agreement in place with us, 121 Security are able to diagnose faults on your systems and provide a quotation for the repair of equipment. This is subject to an engineer callout charge, which also includes the first 30 minutes of labour on site.

System Take-Overs
